Order Cancellation

  • Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery.
  • Cancellation requests can be considered within 72 hours of placing the orderonly if the order has not yet been shipped.

Returns (7-Day Window)

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible:
    • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
    • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days via your original payment method or bank transfer.

Exchanges

  • We’re happy to offer exchanges only for items that are damaged or defective.
  • Just email us with your order details and proof.

A Few Important Notes

Vinyl & Turntables

Vinyl records are sensitive to playback equipment.
Damage caused by suitcase turntables or improper setup (such as skipping, warping, or scratches) is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Pre-Owned Records

Pre-owned records are part of the charm of vinyl collecting

  • They may include minor surface noise or occasional skips.
  • Because of this, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds on pre-owned records unless they arrive physically damaged (e.g., broken in transit).

Live Albums

Live recordings often reflect the authenticity of the performance.

  • Variations in sound quality are normal and not considered defects.
  • Refunds are only possible if the record is damaged during delivery.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Opened items
  • Items not returned in original condition
  • Returns requested after the 7-day window

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
